So I’ve owned a few luxury cars (all from the same brand) and what I loved about the experience was the level of service! Well, my husband was in the market for a truck and he went to see Greg at Brock Ford for his Ford Maverick…. Anddd we haven’t looked back since! I switched my car to the Mach-e and it is hands down THE best car I have ever owned. From the moment I stepped into Brock Ford, I was greeted with such kindness and warmth. Greg went above and beyond to answer my husband’s many questions, and to ease my uncertainty. He took SUCH good care of us and made us feel right at home. 🥹 Now I firmly believe that you have not experienced excellent service until you go to Brock Ford. Furthermore, I had discovered some highly suspicious practices with my previous car brand (at the corporate level) and it became evident that there was a major lack of transparency when it came to $$. Meanwhile with Brock Ford, I actually got a call from Greg one day to say that he had a cheque in my name due to an overcharge. I couldn't believe that a company of this size would be honest about this type of thing. This is not just a characteristic of Greg alone but it is clearly ingrained in the entire office culture. After having previous bad experiences buying from a used car dealerships I decided to go to Brock Ford. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rob. Rob went above and beyond all my expectations! I can safely say after dealing with Rob Mckee and the Brock Ford Team I wont be going anywhere else for sales or service. These guys are my new go to dealership for anything going forward! I thought that the best place to take my Lincolns was the Ford/Lincoln Dealer. The first Lincoln I brought in last year was for a shutter/shake. I was charged to balance my wheels and was told the front end was "tight" and there were no issues. That was not the case. The drivers side CV axle had enough play to cause my shutter/shake. I replaced my CV axle myself, no more issues since replacement. My other Lincoln I brought in was for an airbag light. I left the car there for 5 days. I had told them I needed the car back because they had it long enough. When I picked it up I was told "the light has not come on for us". Which I found odd as it has been on for a month straight. They told me to bring it back when the light comes back on. I went out in the parking lot, turned on my car and the light was on. I guess I will have to fix this myself as well. I tried giving this service department a second shot after my first incident but I was left disappointed again.
